Spot Database!

New! After a week of hard coding, and design I've finished the sk8fever spot database.
It's a database where people can share and browse a (hopefully)massive database of skate spots.
As of now there are only a few spots, I will add a bunch of spots, and I hope everyone will do the same!
It's fun, and easy, here are the features:
EDIT(3/25/08): Added 2 new "what it has" icons, "best times to go" feature, and spot stats on db main page.
EDIT(3/28/08): You can now use bbcode in the spot description!
CODE :) makes a smiley
[b]text[/b] produces bold text
[i]text[/i] produces italic text
as well as all the other bbcode and smileys that are available on the forums
EDIT(3/29/08): You can now view submission info about the author of the spot.
 
Features
Browse - Browse our entire database of spots easily and order them by id, name, type, and more!
Search - anyone can search for a spot by name, type, city, state, or country!
Submission - registered users can submit skatespots from anywhere in the world!
-all they have to do is fill out one form and the spot is added to the database
-multiple pictures and videos of the spot can be uploaded
-the spot can easily be edited by the author at anytime
-users who submit are added to the site contributor member group and a tally is kept of their submissions
Spot Icons - Each spot page has information on the spot as well as easy to read icons on what the spot has, or what to watch out for.
Contributing - Users are able to add information and media to spots other members submitted!

Well, as I am posting this and the last week or so the site, or at least the forums, has been pretty much dead concerning users.
Hopefully some people will join and revive it, but until then there isn't much I can do atm.
I've been working on IceT so I haven't had much time to work on sk8fever, but when I get some time I will work on the big projects I have planned for fevr, and then hopefully the site will be active again.
If anyone has any ideas on this subject let me know. |

New Features

I'm in progress of working on some new features for the site, these are somewhat big projects and I will disclose information here as they progress.
EDIT(3/9/08): The first project is coming along quite nicely, I will release a few vague details about it if requested, but for now I'll keep the majority of the main information to a select few. |

[FIXED]RPG Bank Problem..

Well, recently there have been problems with the rpg bank, apparently if you put any amount of gil in your account and then make an additional deposit without leaving the page, your account balance is reset to the last amount you deposited. We are working on this bug, but until then, try not to use the bank.
EDIT: Ok, I fixed the problem, the RPG Bank should work properly, If any of you encounter any problems that relate to this, or want back some money that you lost when the bug was active, post here. |

Battle System/RPG

Well, recently I installed a battle system witch relates to the arcade, but it didn't have alot of features so I installed a new RPG-like battle system.
It has some problems as-is so I'm going to have to add some modifications to make it better.
I'm counting on you guys to test it and tell me if there are any bugs or errors, or what you think I should add to it. Post you suggestions/issues here.
I'll keep you posted on updates.
Todays updates to the RPG include:
Recent updates:
-Fixed bank bug
-added display of users money in rpg menu
-added a bunch of spells, though none are available for use at the moment
-added HP/MP display to equip page
-added Leading Clans section to arcade
-new bot added "soldier"
-bot level now listed on bot battle creation page
-fixed up rpg info in posts and added "my rpg links" section
Edit(2/25/08): I was looking through some old files and I found the old images for the Inferno RPG therefore I will be able to eventually integrate some of those into the new RPG. That means more levels, more items, more bots, more spells, more pets, and better character animations.
Old updates to the RPG include:
-added members rpg info to posts
-added the pet "blub"
-added 2 pet items, "burbleberry" and "meowth toy"
-fixed a bunch of annoying typos on the rpg pages
-fixed clan image issue
-fixed rpg section issue
-added help file "Ore Combinations"
-added rpg character info in posts
-added "scan" link to character info in posts
-added more battle locations
-added pictures for bots
