Colour Light Therapy Healing (or 'Colourpuncture') works in a similar way to acupuncture, where colour light is directed to points on the body using a pen torch and coloured glass rods instead of needles. Scientific research has shown that cells communicate through the frequency of light, and each colour has a particular healing effect on the body, mind, emotions and spirit - releasing disharmonious energy, relieving physical symptoms and facilitating spiritual growth.
This particular method of Colour Light Therapy originated with the teachings of the Naturopath Peter Mandel in Germany. I have qualified with the School of Awakening as a professional Colour Light therapist.
Colour Light Therapy is a gentle yet very powerful form of healing which reaches the roots of deep issues.
From my own experiences, I feel that each of the series of Colour Light Therapy treatments are all hugely valuable steps in personal transformation. Prenatal Series (9 sessions) This clears trauma stored in the body/mind from the time of conception, the time spent in the womb and birth. It can also clear issues and patterns from the 'bardo' (time between lives). This series is highly recommended for people with deep insecurites, addictive patterns, and for those who had a difficult birth. This treatment may be done on children and adults.
Male-Female Balance (9 sessions) This helps to release negative imprints from our parents, leaving a connection to their light essence, releasing us to live our own energy. it also balances the right and left sides of the brain and the hormonal system, and can clear imprints from further down our ancestral lines, as well as past lives. Holographic Healing (7 sessions of two hours) This series of sessions is a phenomenal opportunity for personal transformation for anyone since it resolves inner conflict and changes your programme for life. It was inspired by Dr Hammer's highly successful work with cancer, and designed for people who have a life-threatening or degenerative illness, or are worried they may get one because of family history. Colour Light is applied in such a way that the client enters the Holographic dimension (where we are before birth) in a trance like state, and sees that the programme they chose for this life may have been according to karmic or ancestral patterns and may not be serving their soul's highest potential. One is able to release the layers of conflict from the seven layers of the brain and the solar plexus. This allows a deep letting go of past behavioural patterns and facilitates the possibility of a whole new way of being. Freedom from Bondage (Un-hooking) (3 sessions) This series helps you to release or 'un-hook' from any negative issue, or the negative effects of a person's influence on you. You choose a person's name or one word that sums up the issue/pattern that you wish to be relieved of e.g. burdens, struggle, loneliness, jealousy, guilt, shame, poverty etc. This is a great series since so much can be shifted in just three sessions.
Sexual Healing Series (Genital relays) (12 sessions) This series transforms any issues around sexuality, such as lack of libido, premature ejaculation, difficulty to orgasm, sexual abuse trauma, and the roots of physical illness around the genital and pelvic area. The series works with balancing the polarities of sex and spirit. The Colour Light is applied to points on the hands and feet which are reflex areas that mirror the genital relay points.
Creation Impulse (3-12 sessions) Powerful treatments that draw out our positive birth potential, and working on various organs and systems in the body stimulating the impulse for creation rather than sickness & decline.
